The Training, Health & Safety working group is the result of the merger of the former Health & Safety, CSR and Training working groups. It is chaired by Francesco Costa (Poste Italiane) It aims at analysing the HR dimension of the ongoing evolutions in the sector and how social policies have supported the transformation. It deals with the most important dossiers related to training and skills as well as health developments at European level aiming, also, to circulate among the members the experiences and best practices of both PostEurop and  UNI members. 

This group is in charge of conducting the EU co-funded project "Promoting European Social Dialogue in the Postal Sector in an enlarged Europe" in 2017 and 2018. It focuses on social dialogue, training and how they can support the digitalisation of postal operators through the exchange of good practices among social partners. This new project.
